Pay for a defined investigation.
Scoped inquiry-response analysis, workflow pilots and ongoing optimization for businesses with meaningful inbound demand.
Our fees are based on a clearly defined investigation or improvement project. We do not bill by employee count or take a percentage of a company's revenue. Work begins only after a written scope and agreement.
Opportunity Diagnostic — from $1,750
One business and one inquiry channel. Includes operator discovery, review of available aggregate inquiry metrics, a handoff map, opportunity scenarios, prioritized findings, a written action plan and readout. Raw customer records, custom integrations and full CRM rebuilds are excluded.
30-day Response Pilot — from $5,500
One team and one defined response workflow. Includes baseline measurement, agreed handoffs, approved follow-up templates, an operating test, team guidance and end-of-pilot analysis. Software, custom integrations and expanded systems are quoted separately.
Ongoing Optimization — from $1,500 per month
Optional post-pilot engagement covering one scorecard review and limited tuning of an agreed workflow each month. Does not include 24/7 monitoring, live call handling or a guarantee of booked work.
A conversation is not a purchase
The request form is for a conversation. These prices are planning figures and nothing is purchased by submitting it.
What determines the fee?
We consider five things: the number and quality of monthly inquiries, the gross profit associated with a typical won customer, the number of locations and inquiry channels, the systems involved, and the work required to make and test a change.
Value determines fit; complexity determines scope. A business with 12 employees may need more help than one with 80. Annual revenue gives context, but it is not our pricing formula. Employee seats matter only when a third-party software vendor charges for them.
Before quoting, we specify the workflow, deliverables, exclusions, decision-maker and agreed measurement period.
When the work extends beyond one workflow.
Multi-location rollout: separately quoted expansion after an initial workflow has been tested.
Team enablement: scoped handoff documentation, staff training and operating routines.
Systems integration: quoted separately where specialist technical work or new software is required.
These are potential services rather than automatic additions. Third-party licenses, messaging costs and usage fees remain separate and are disclosed in the proposal.
