One defined problem at a time.
The Inflyco process: qualify, baseline, pilot and compare with no inflated recovery claims.
No giant migration plan. No imaginary forecast. We start with what you already use and what you can measure.
Step 1: Fit check
We discuss approximate monthly inquiry volume, gross profit per new customer, locations, response channels, current systems and the decision-maker’s goal. We do not need annual revenue statements or customer records in the public form.
Step 2: Establish a baseline
With agreed, lawful access and appropriate data minimization, we measure current inquiry handling and define what counts as a qualified lead, a response and a booked customer.
Step 3: Put one fix into practice
Examples include a response-time owner, a follow-up cadence, estimate reminder templates or better routing. Changes are approved before use and tested in a small scope.
Step 4: Compare outcomes
We report what changed, what remained uncertain and whether the workflow warrants expansion. Causation is not assumed from a single good week.
We price the work, not the headcount.
We use the likely value of a solved problem to decide if an engagement makes economic sense. The actual fee depends on how many channels, locations, systems and workflows we are responsible for, with deliverables and limits written down before work begins. See engagement options.
